Dr. Jeff McClendon, fondly known as “Mac,” brings a distinguished career spanning clinical practice, military service, and global lecturing in maxillofacial surgery. From serving in the U.S. Army Dental Corps—including practice at the Pentagon—to over a decade with the Jonathan B. Levine team in New York, he combines unmatched technical skill with a passion for creating beautiful smiles. Beyond surgery, he inspires audiences worldwide with his engaging lectures and love for life, golf, travel, and rock ‘n’ roll.

Dr. Lorenzo Trevisiol is an accomplished maxillofacial surgeon and Associate Professor at the University of Verona, recognized for his expertise in orthognathic surgery, dentoskeletal deformities, and advanced implantology. With more than 100 scientific publications and lectures across international forums, he stands as a thought leader in traumatology, biomaterials, and oral pathology. His membership in leading European and Italian surgical associations reflects his influence as both a clinician and researcher driving the evolution of facial surgery.

Dr. Antonio D’Agostino, Full Professor of Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Verona, is a leading authority in orthognathic and oral surgery, implantology, trauma care, and pediatric malformations. As Head of the Residency Program in Maxillofacial Surgery, he has shaped the next generation of specialists while authoring more than 80 scientific publications. His active roles in the Italian and European surgical societies underscore his dedication to advancing the discipline on both academic and clinical fronts.

Graduated in Dentistry from the University of Verona in 2000 and completed her Orthodontic specialization at the University of Milan in 2006. A member of the Italian Society of Orthodontics (SIDO), she has trained internationally with renowned experts including Dr. Klonz, Dr. Roth, Dr. Williams, Dr. Cocconi, and Dr. Arnett. Certified in Invisalign and the European Master of Aligners, she has contributed to the development of 3D CBCT orthodontic projects with Dr. Hatcher and Dr. Cocconi. Dr. Esteban Alvarado is a visionary Latin American maxillofacial surgeon whose career bridges innovation, teaching, and human-centered care. Trained in Costa Rica, Colombia, and Germany, he has built a practice dedicated to orthognathic surgery and dentofacial anomalies while serving as a respected educator at ULACIT and FACO. As an international lecturer and FAB Latin America board member, he drives the digital transformation of surgery, pioneering virtual planning with a commitment to improving both smiles and lives.

Dr. Alejandro Martínez is a global leader in maxillofacial surgery, with training spanning Mexico and the United States, including a fellowship in orthognathic surgery and TMJ at the University of Florida. Vice President of the IAOMS and founder of the Latin American Board, he has served as president of multiple prestigious surgical associations across Mexico and Latin America. A prolific lecturer and author, he is recognized worldwide for his contributions to surgical excellence and professional leadership.

Dr. Bruno Ardanza is an internationally trained maxillofacial surgeon, holding degrees from Spain and France, with expertise spanning orthognathic surgery, sleep apnea treatment, and tissue regeneration. Since 1997, he has collaborated with Dr. William Arnett and Dr. Mike Gunson at the Dentofacial Deformity Center, bringing cutting-edge surgical insights to Europe. His work with leading research centers in implants and regenerative medicine positions him as a key innovator bridging advanced science and clinical practice.

Founder and VP of Software Development at Nemotec, is a trailblazer in digital innovation for dentistry and orthodontics. From his early days as an engineering student-entrepreneur, he transformed Nemotec into a global leader with landmark solutions such as NemoCeph and NemoFAB, developed in collaboration with world-renowned surgeons.
